OUR BEAUTY ROUTINE TIP How to use the Velvety Moisturizing Body Cream with donkey milk from Ânes d’Autan? Step 1: Unclog your skin using one of our organic, natural and superfat soaps (coffee cinnamon or rosemary poppy seeds) or use our soap-free foaming cream that cleanses and softens. Step 2: Choose lukewarm water to rinse your body. Step 3: Once the epidermis has been softened by the warmth of the shower, your skin is ready to receive the Ânes d’Autan velvety body cream. Step 4: Do as Myriam does and treat yourself to a few relaxing or draining massage moments. To do this, warm the cream in your hands and make small circular movements from bottom to top. At the level of the popliteal hollow (the hollow behind the knee 😉), activate lymphatic circulation by applying 3 gentle presses on each knee. Resume the circular movements up to the top of the thighs. And you will notice that your abs and back muscles work at the same time. 🤸🏻♂️ Last tip: Remember to drink 1 to 2 liters of water per day to hydrate your body from the inside and optimize the effects of the velvety cream.
