Usage tips
Press the pump to dispense a dose of toothpaste. Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, then spit out the excess toothpaste. For optimal dental hygiene, it is recommended to brush your teeth after each meal and to change your toothbrush regularly. Contains Sodium Fluoride (1000 ppm fluoride). Suitable for children from 2 years old. Do not ingest or swallow. For children, use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize ingestion.
